Entry Fees of £3 per work must be sent with the entry forrm.

Exhibits will not be insured by the Society. Artists may therefore wish to insure their own works.

Stewards are allowed to disclose the address of artists unless they object. If you do not wish your address to be divulged, please tick the box on the entry form.

Exhibiting members are required to steward for at least one session during the exhibition and are asked to contact Barbara Atkin at handing-in or by telephone (01584 879380) to book a date and time.

Unsold exhibits should be collected between 5.00 and 6.00 p.m. on Monday 26 August. The committee will not take responsibility for works remaining after this time, and a charge may be made for uncollected works.
